New TigerTransit Routes: 100 Overlook/701 Carnegie Center and 693 Alexander lines

Beginning Wednesday, August 1, 2018, TigerTransit service to 693 Alexander/701 Carnegie Center will be divided into two separate routes.

The revised 693 Alexander route will operate from 6:45am-6:15pm and make the following stops:

  • 693 Alexander
  • Helm Building when northbound, Lawrence/Alexander when southbound
  • Bloomberg (access to 200 Elm, MacMillan, and New South)
  • Morrison Hall (access to Clio and Nassau Hall)
  • Nassau/Tulane (access to the Art Museum, Firestone Library, and Prospect House)
  • Frist Campus Center
  • Princeton Junction (peak commute hours only)

The new 100 Overlook/701 Carnegie Center route will run as a continuous loop arriving approximately every 10 minutes, operating from 8am-5pm for the month of August and extended to 6pm starting September 10 with the following stops:

  • 100 Overlook
  • 701 Carnegie Center
  • Princeton Station

Until September 7, commuters traveling from Princeton Junction to 701 Carnegie Center or 100 Overlook can either board the 693 Alexander bus in the morning and inform the driver that they are going to 701, or take the Dinky to Princeton Station and pick-up the 100 Overlook/701 Carnegie Center shuttle which departs every 10 minutes. To return to Princeton Junction, commuters should take the shuttle back to Princeton Station to connect with the Dinky or with the 693 Alexander shuttle at the Bloomberg stop.
