Bike rentals Fall 2023 Request a bike for Fall 2023 starting June 1, 2023. All bikes will be undergoing tune-ups and we cannot guarantee the availability of Summer 2023 rentals at this time. Need a bike for the semester? Rent an affordable, quality bike from Transportation and Parking Services. No need to worry about summer storage or what to do with your bike when you graduate. Request a bike! Your rental bike Through our Princeton Bike Library, we loan out a fleet of 100 Breezer bikes to students, faculty, and staff, complete with front/rear lights and fenders, as well as a basket. These bikes are used but are professionally refurbished and ready to ride. Starting the first week of each term - Fall (Sept-Dec), Spring (Jan-May), and Summer (June-Aug) - TPS will begin to issue bike rental pick-up invitations via email. Rental fee The rental fee covers your bike and bike lock, which you will return at the end of your rental term. A complimentary helmet and basic bike maintenance throughout your rental term are included! 2022-2023 Rental Fees Summer: $15 Semester: $25 Year: $40 Program terms and conditions All individuals opting into the bike rental program are required to sign a contract and liability waiver form when picking up a rental bike. Campus bikeshare Princeton University’s previous bikeshare provider, Zagster, is no longer in operation. The University is working on new shared mobility solutions to meet the needs of students, faculty, and staff on campus.
