Summer 2025

Effective June 2, 2025 with changes to routes, service frequency, and hours. Please review the summary of changes, updated route maps and schedules below or use or TripShot to plan your trips. 

Summer 2025 transit adjustments:

  • Route 1: Now includes Meadows Drive Garage; will not stop at Friend Center. 30-minute service mid-day.
  • Route 2:  30-minute service mid-day.
  • Route 3: Hours adjusted to 8 AM to 6 PM with service every 60 minutes.
  • Route 4: Now 7 AM – 7 PM. Will not stop at Friend Center.
  • Route 5: New route between Princeton Station to Stadium Drive Garage via Washington Road, 6 AM – 10 PM.
  • Routes 6a/6b: Two-way campus circulator combining evening and weekend routes.
  • Route WS: Service hours adjusted to 10 AM–3 PM.

Route 3 travels between Merwick Stanworth Apartments and Forrestal and PPPL facilities via Washington Road. Route 4 travels between Princeton Junction, Princeton Station, and Stadium Drive Garage. Route 5 travels between Princeton Station and Stadium Drive Garage.

Weekday Shopping Options

  • Princeton Muni: The Princeton Municipality shuttle service (Muni) offers weekday transit to the Princeton Shopping Center (McCaffery’s, Walgreens, Ace Hardware) from Palmer Square and Nassau Street.   • NJ Transit Route 605 ($1.60 one-way): NJ Transit's 605 bus route provides service north to the Princeton Shopping Center (McCaffery’s, Walgreens, Ace Hardware), as well as south to Market Fair (click to view stores) and the Quakerbridge Mall (click to view stores).
