Commuter parking permit
Vehicles parked on campus without a current permit will be cited, so make sure your vehicle is registered and that any additional vehicles you park on campus are associated with your permit.
You are welcome to register multiple vehicles, but only one vehicle may be parked on campus at any time. Permits and vehicles need to be renewed once a year.
Residential parking permit
If you live in University housing, you may keep up to two vehicles at your residence and all personal vehicles require a permit.
Please contact The Service Point to have your residential parking lot added to your existing commuter permit or to obtain a residential-only permit if you participate in Revise Your Ride.

For the 2021-2022 academic year, if your assigned lot is:
- West of Washington Road: your overflow lot is Lot 20. If Lot 20 is full beginning August 30, please proceed to Harrison Street Lot and take TigerTransit to reach your destination.
- East of Washington Road: your overflow lot beginning August 30 if you park in North Garage, Lot 13, or Lot 10 is Lot 2. If Lot 2 is full, proceed to Harrison Street and take TigerTransit to reach your destination. Through August 29, faculty and staff with active permits may park in any unrestricted surface lot or garage.
Parking on campus this year is limited due to construction of the East Garage, a new 1,500+ space facility set to open in September 2022 that will add a net +200 parking spaces to the combined inventory of Lot 21 and all Ivy Lane parking. The new facility will be serviced by frequent, all-electric TigerTransit shuttles. During construction, some permit holders with office and classroom locations east of Washington Road will be assigned to Harrison Street Lot, which is serviced frequently by TigerTransit.
- West of Washington Road: your overflow lot is Lot 20. If Lot 20 is full beginning August 30, please proceed to Harrison Street Lot and take TigerTransit to reach your destination.
